Because every Staker Hat is handcrafted and built specifically for each customer, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom-made hats once production has begun.
When an order is placed, materials are purchased and time is dedicated to creating your hat according to your specifications. For this reason, all sales are considered final.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before work has started.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
