Cancelation Policy – We do not accept cancellations once you have submitted your order. Our hats are made to order. Once we receive your order, we order the hat body and have to wait to get the hat body before we can start building the hat. Please remember we have other orders to complete.

Hats are exchangeable only. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY REASON, NO EXCEPTIONS. We will exchange for size with the understanding that delivery may take another 10 days to 2 weeks.
